Information is received and collected automatically either each time you visit the Trinitycards.co.uk site or when you complete our online forms either on our website or through our third parties websites mainly Google for analytics, Mailchip for electronic mail outs, or one of our payment platforms such as PayPal or Stripe. The information we collect from our own site are your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the browser and operating system you are utilizing, the date and time of your visit, the pages of the site which you visit, the Internet address of the website from which you linked to our site and any promotion identifiers contained in these links, and the Internet address of any website to which you link from our site, this information is normally collected by and stored by google as part of google analytics. If you maintain an account with Trinitycards.co.uk and log on to the site using such account information, we also receive and collect your user identification number, user name (of which could be an email address) and password. This information is kept on our own servers, and can be altered or request of deletion at any time by yourself by logging into your account and amending the information or managing your preferences.
For newsletter sign ups, or online collection forms we use Mailchip who store your information on their own servers, your information can again be amended or deleted at any time by yourself by clicking on the manage preferences link on the bottom of the emails sent out through their systems.
For payment information we do not store information of card details or alike regarding payments on our own system we only confirmations through the ecommerce platform that payment has been made of goods and products. The payment systems used are through third parties PayPal and stripe, you can view their individual information collection information and processes on their own websites.
